Claremont completes

Hill Residential is delighted to report that Claremont, the striking new copper clad development in Bethnal Green, was completed at the end of April. With 43 of the 49 properties sold, the team have been liaising with the new purchasers to ensure that moving in goes smoothly.

The scheme comprises a building of 45 apartments and four new townhouses set either side of a private and attractively landscaped courtyard. With six dwellings remaining, it is not too late to buy at Claremont, with the final one bedroom flat, two stunning penthouses and a three and a four bedroom house still being offered for sale. Prices start from £235,000 for a one bedroom apartment.

Encouraged by the success of Claremont, Hill Residential and partner THCH New Homes are set to embark upon the next phase of the masterplan to bring ‘new living to old Bethnal Green’ with a second private development of 53 apartments due to commence in June 2010. A selection of one and two bedroom apartments together with two and three bedroom maisonettes will be styled and constructed to match Claremont in a development to be completed at the end of 2011 – perfectly timed for the London Olympics, the following summer.
