Hill Residential goes west!

Our first major project sourced through Hill Partnerships in Bicester is coming soon. The development will be for 36 new houses and flats in the final phase of Bishops Green on the edge of Newbury. Hill Partnerships, our sister organisation, has been involved in constructing earlier phases of this exciting development and, together with Hill Residential, is delighted to be the chosen developer to complete the scheme.

Closer to our Bicester office, our in-house architects are just about to submit planning for 63 new homes. The site in Chesterton is in an excellent location and perfect for the family market.  As well as 2, 3 and 4 bed houses, we are also providing a new community centre/sports pavilion with upgraded football pitches and cricket pitch.

More recently through the Bicester office we have secured a 0.2 hectare former pub site in Isleworth for nine 3 and 4 bed homes. The site is in a perfect location for commuters - 30 minutes to Waterloo and 30 minutes to Knightsbridge or 18 minutes to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line. For rugby fans, Twickenham is less than 10 minutes' walk and for those who just want to relax the site is placed within easy reach of shops, restaurants and cafes.
